Nium's Nook

Nium was new to the territory and was looking for a den, but not a big one, so he decided to look for a little shelter. He trotted left and right and when he began to give up he seen it , a cave made of wood a broken down old tree house that covered a cave that had tunals that had bean dug far down in the ground that led to a big under ground cave beneath his cave, it was perfect it had holes in the cave walls that would let light in, and it could fit four adult wolves big inoff for a family if he could start one.

One day coming home from a hunt he smelt the scent of other wolves and it reminded him of his dream of starting a family, he side then slowly walked home and just sat there. His shoulders down, his head on the ground, ears glued to his skull, he was sad for all of his family was dead and he didn’t know any of the females around. He then gets up and desides to go on a walk so he does.

Kira, a grayish brown she-wolf with golden brown eyes and cream underbelly sniffed the ground as she found the scent of a male about her age. She followed it, stopping as she met a big den with the brute's scent flowing all over the place within the air. She then saw a black male come outside. She looked at his powerful looking shoulders, seeing his strength from a distance. The fae approached cautiously. "Hi there, are you new to the forest?" she asked him, her golden brown eyes twinkling with curiosity.

Nium was shocked to see that a fea came to his den he grinned to the site of her and looked her in the eyes and then said “hi , and yes I am new to the forest.” He then started to sit then suddenly let out a small yelp for he had sat on his tail. Then he started to smile and then said “I’m a cluts and my name is Nium may I ask what is yours,” he said as he looked at the fea as if he was studying her. Then the pup of Alisen started to walk torts the two of them.

The grayish brown fae smiled at his display of embarrassment. "My name's Kira, nice to meet you Nuim." she answered him before glancing at the pup.

“Hi Eclipse this is Kira ,Kira this is Eclipse she is the daughter of my friend Alisen,” he said with a smile. Nium turned back to Kira and then said “ would you like to come in to my den and have a snack?” He asked as he smiled. Eclipse ran a head and went down to her cave under Nium’s she didn’t like Nium’s generosity but she did not say a word.

Kira gasped at the metioning of Alisen. "I've met Alisen, but she didn't say anything about having a daughter. She was with some other fae named Denalia." she told him before padding into his den, her tail wagging a little.

“Alisen is really good about keeping secrets for example she is a killer by heart she does not play as she hunts,” he said as he sat by the meat by the most holes in his den. He smiled and said “you know your very pretty right,” then shrugged and turned his head in embarrassment. He looked at her and then pushed some of the meat to her and asked “Are you in a pack.”

Kira heard him tell her she was pretty and blushed deeply. "Thanks, but I don't find myself pretty." she answered him and looked at the meat as he pushed it towards her. "No, I'm alone, but I always wanted to start one of my own." she answered his second question, her golden brown eyes twinkling in curiosity.

“But you are the prettiest wolf I have seen so don’t dowt that,” he said as he admired her eyes as they began to sparkle. “And what is stopping you, is it your mate.” He then said as her looked at the beautiful she-wolf.

The grayish brown fae looked at him as he asked her if it was her mate. "I don't have a mate, that's what's stopping me, I am mateless." she told him, her head lowering sadly.

“That can not be, you are amazing and the wolf of perfection,” he said as he was happy that she had no mate. Then he nudged her head to push it up and then sat by her to comfort her. “You know some times the one wolf that is right for you is right beside you,” he said as he put his head over hers . “You are the wolf that should be an alpha.”

Kira gasped in shock. "Are you saying we should be mates?" she asked him in disbelief. Her golden brown eyes twinkling like diamonds on a golden ring, her spirit soaring way above the two of them.

Her golden brown eyes twinkled even more at his replies. "Nuim, you don't even have to ask. I'm yours." she told him before sitting next to him, rubbing her muzzle in his chest fur.

He was shocked to her answer “ you have made me the happiest wolf on earth ,” he then laid his head on her neck and had a the biggest smile on his face and nearly cryed to her words. “ So do you have a den if you don’t you can stay hear.”

Eclipse ran to Nium’s den in shock that they hed both agreed to becoming mates. She was happy for the first time she even be gan to smile and not only that but a tear come from her eye, she was crying of happiness.

The pretty she-wolf nodded in acknowledgement. "Yes, I have a den, not far from here either. It doesn't have any holes in the walls, so it's warm in the winter time." she told him before she glanced at Eclipse.

“That is perfect and Eclipse you are crying are you ok I have never seen you cry before,” He was happy that Kira is close to him and shocked at the site of Eclipse crying. “ Eclipse go to your mom and then you both come here to my den,” and Nium motioned her to go. “ Kira we should celebrate and this is how we will have a big dinner if that is ok with you of course .”

“Yes I am fine it is just that I am really happy,” she said before she ran to her mothers den and said “mom come to Nium’s den and hery.”

The grayish brown she-wolf's face went pale. "But Nuim, Alisen is a friend to a wolf I do not like, she is too suspicious for my liking. And plus, the she-wolf killed her own parents." she told him, her eyes widened and tail tucked in fear.

“Alisen does not trust the wolf but she believes in the saying keep your friends close and your enemies closer she believes you are one of her best friends so do not weary. And no wolf or any other creature shall hurt you if they do they shall get it thrown back to them. I will protect you with my life.”

Alisen has entered the den of Nium with a face of shock for she can tell her friends Nium and Kira have now become mates. “This is the best thing heavenly possible you both have found your soul mates.”

Eclipse runs to her mother’s side and lays her head upon her with a large smile glued to her mussel.

Kira glanced as Alisen padded into the den. "Yeah, seems like it would last a lifetime. Anyway, I always wanted to have a pack of my own, how about you, Eclipse, and Denalia join us and live happily together. Besides, five wolves have a better chance to survive than one." she told the mother of Eclipse. "If you don't mind, me and Nuim will be the alphas, you and Denalia can be betas, and Eclipse, when you're older, you can be delta." she added, explaining and telling them how she'd like it. "I may be young for a leader, but I rule my feelings with iron fangs, and if you disobey me, your rank will decline until you prove yourself worthy of returning to your original rank. And if that does happen, and you continue to disobey, the more your rank will plummet, and the more time you'll spend getting back up in the ranks." she told them, telling most of them the rules.

“That sounds perfect but Alisen would need to be lead hunter she can hunt like a pro and she is the best teacher,” Nium said with a smile and hope. “And a younger pack is better then an older one all they need is teachers for youth has its advantages.”

Alisen raises her head and moves it up and down allowing her daughter this chance. “But one thing how does Denalia come in to this, have you asked her yet. And it sounds like an exhalent plan.”

“Are you kidding a delta I promise I will obey this sounds like a plan to me,” Eclipse said with excitement.

The grayish brown female smiled at Eclipse's reply before her smile changed to a frown as she heard Alisen's answer. "The same way you do, Alisen.............. friendship." she answered the fellow she-beast. "Betas do hunt and teach when they want to, or when it is needed. And Denalia, if she doesn't want to be with us, she can go her way and still be friends with the four of us. She will be known as a friend until she shows were her loyalty lies, which means, if she gets in trouble just once, she will be seen as an intruder. If she wants to, she can be the other beta, as long as she tries to tame her behavior, such as murder and theft." she explained before flicking her tail once. "Now, me and Nuim will be going on a hunt, if you don't mind asking Denalia yourself, I'd really be grateful." she added, turning towards the entrance and padding out.

Alisen shook her fur and said “No I don’t mind at all.”
